LP report
The periodic report a fund manager sends its limited partners on the fund and its holdings.
Quarterly reports typically cover fund performance, capital calls and distributions, a summary of each holding and its current valuation. Many managers follow the ILPA reporting templates.
Preparing them is repetitive work that draws on the same data as portfolio monitoring and valuation.
