OneDrive

Browse your OneDrive, select files or whole folders, and import them into a deal’s dataroom with live progress.

Google Drive

Pick files with Google’s secure file picker. Only the files you choose are shared with Hebrides.

Fireflies

Sync meeting transcripts and assign each one to a portfolio or deal. Founder calls, reference calls and IC discussions become part of the deal’s searchable context.

Granola

Connect with a Granola API key and Hebrides syncs your meeting notes and transcripts. Each meeting is filed against a deal by matching attendees to the company, or by folder rules you set. Meetings it cannot place wait in an inbox for you to sort. Filed notes sit with the deal’s documents, so answers and memos can cite them.

Attio

Choose the Attio lists or objects that hold your deal flow. Hebrides creates and updates the matching deals, maps your Attio stages to its own and files Attio notes against each deal. The first sync is a trial run that changes nothing, so you can check where every entry lands before switching it on.

Which integrations are available?

OneDrive and Google Drive for documents, Fireflies and Granola for meeting transcripts and notes, and Attio for your deal pipeline. For other systems, our services team builds tailored integrations.

Which Granola plan do we need?

Granola offers API access on its Business and Enterprise plans. Any member on those plans can create a personal key, which covers the notes they own or that are shared with them. An Enterprise admin can create a workspace key, which covers team notes but never private ones.

Does Hebrides get access to my whole drive?

No. You choose the files. With Google Drive, only the files you pick in Google’s own picker are shared.
