Valuation Suite
Run the valuation, every way.
One workflow that reads the data room, classifies the company, chooses the methods and weights, and lands on a range with its confidence beside it. Every number ties out to its source.
Try it · The Valuation Suite on the sample Acme Corp round. Hover the likely-range chips, drag the weights in Valuation, drop peers in Comparables, resolve the conflict in Data, or click an underlined figure.
Do the science, so the investor can supply the art.
A single-method valuation is an opinion with a spreadsheet attached. Hebrides triangulates: it runs the methods that suit the company’s profile, weights them within the firm’s house bands, and shows how likely each value is rather than burying the range in one number.
Nothing is calculated until you have reviewed the profile, the methods and the figures. Every override is logged with a reason, and history is never rewritten.
How it works
How Valuation Suite works
01
Classified before it is valued
Hebrides reads the documents and classifies the company: how it is funded, where the value sits, its business model and stage. The classification sets the methods and the comparable unit, so an AI-native company is not put through a template built for ordinary software.
02
You approve the method set
Core, support and cross-check methods are proposed with their weights inside the house view’s bands. Adjust weights within range, add or remove methods with a recorded reason, then lock the set.
03
Figures you can trace
Each input shows how it was built, where it came from and what it feeds. Where a figure is missing, Hebrides says what it looked for and suggests a sourced alternative. Where two documents disagree, you decide which to use and the value re-prices.
04
A range, not a guess
The concluded value is the middle of a distribution built from every method, with the likely range and the odds of the tails stated plainly. A confidence score describes how far the methods agree, how solid the inputs are and how good the peer evidence is.

FAQ
Valuation Suite: questions investors ask.
Which valuation methods does Hebrides use?
It chooses from more than twenty, including comparables, precedent transactions, DCF, the VC method, scorecard, NAV, sum-of-the-parts, rNPV and last-round calibration. The company’s classification decides which apply and how they are weighted.
How is the concluded value reached?
Each method produces a low, central and high value. Hebrides combines them, weighted within the house bands, into a single distribution. The concluded value is its middle, and the likely range is shown beside it.
Can I change the weights or the peers?
Yes. Preview a reweighting before applying it, include or exclude comparables, override any figure with a reason, or resolve conflicting sources. Every change is recorded, and the value updates straight away.
Where do the comparables come from?
From private-market company and funding data, filtered by an AI review that checks each candidate’s own description, then scored for similarity to the company you are valuing.
