Report Agent
Write the IC memo from the deal.
Hebrides drafts the first version from the structured deal, in the format you already use. From there it is a writing workspace for you, your team and Hebrides together.
Try it · The Report Agent on a sample Series C memo. Ask for a comparables table, a tighter summary or a risk matrix, and watch the memo change in place.
It writes in the report you already use.
Upload an example memo in Word or PDF and Hebrides mirrors its brand, layout and section conventions in every new memo built from it: the heading order, the blocks in each section, the length, the voice.
Because it lives inside Hebrides, it works from the same deal and portfolio data your team already analyses there. Reporting, analysis and data in one place, instead of three.
How it works
How Report Agent works
01
Learns your format
A template captures your palette, typography, page setup, header and footer, and the sections you use. A skill captures how you write: structure, sections and tone, written like a brief to a new analyst.
02
Drafts from your own data
Choose the datarooms to draw from and Hebrides drafts the memo with figures sourced back to the documents. Citations sit in the text, numbered per section, and open to the passage.
03
Refines in chat
Ask for a new section, a tighter summary, a table from a specific file or a risk matrix. The agent edits the memo in place and highlights what changed, while keeping to your format.
04
Ships as a Word document or a story
Export the memo to Word in your template’s styles. Or press Create story and the story agent turns the memo into an interactive deck for stakeholders, shared with a tracked link for each recipient.

FAQ
Report Agent: questions investors ask.
Can Hebrides write in our house style?
Yes. Upload an example memo as a template and Hebrides mirrors its layout, brand and section conventions. Add a skill to set how it writes: the sections, their order and the voice.
What formats can I export?
Memos export to Word (.docx) in your template’s styles. Stories, the interactive decks, are shared as web pages with a tracked link for each recipient.
Are the figures in the memo sourced?
Yes. Figures drawn from the data room carry citations to their passage, numbered per section, so a reviewer can check any line.
Can I see who has read a deck?
Yes. Each recipient of a story gets a unique link. You can see who is reading now, visits, time spent, how far they read and whether they finished, and replay a session.
