Investment committee (IC) memo
The document that sets out an investment case for approval by a firm’s investment committee.
An IC memo typically covers the company and its market, the investment thesis, financials and valuation, key risks and mitigants, the proposed terms and the expected return. Each firm has its own template.
Its value depends on the evidence behind each claim. A committee member should be able to trace any figure in the memo to its source.

The Report Agent drafts the IC memo in your firm’s own template, cited to source, and exports it to Word. Your team brings the judgement.
